The MU Connector and Adapter, at times referred to as the “mini SC”, is a Small Form Factor (SFF) Connector which allows for easy handling because of the same push-pull style as the SC Connector and Adapter. In addition, being half the size as the SC Connector with a Ferrule OD of φ1.25 mm allows this MU Connector to be used in high density applications.

The LC Connector and Adapter, also a Small Form Factor (SFF) Connector because of its size similar to the MU above, consists of the most product variations. The LC Duplex Connectors and Adapters are widely used in LAN or SAN Applications. It can be detached and attached easily because of the latch clip design similar to the standard RJ45 plug-in phone jack.
